Our Journey
Founded in 2012 with seed funding from Government of Singapore (MDA), UXArmy’s product offering is a Remote user research platform ‘UX Toolkit’ – a suite of UX tools. With UX creation and tech in our DNA, we have since evolved to offer end-to-end consulting engagements to clients from user research and design to custom software development and implementation.
To keep dedicated focus on the ‘UX Toolkit’ and creative side of product creation process, our entity ‘Neural infotech’ purely does product design, software implementation and technology development.
We’re proud to serve clients in the SEA region as well as global brands looking to grow in the Asian market. Our native language customization capabilities, comprehensive UX expertise, and in-house UX toolkit for user research, information architecture design and usability testing prepare us to meet the needs of a diverse and multicultural client base.
